The Shunned is a Nazi - derivated obscenity!

How uncute that the extreme leftist journalist Kate Legge has dared to venture into allowing herself to be drawn by Wachs into the modern – day sadly oft – abused obscene Nazi corollary in definining his community!
  1. What excuse is there in Wachs pathetic gratuitous deference to his grandfather’s Nazi – embossed Swastika engineering certificate and denoting it as courage in comparison with the Yeshivah school? ‘’... He nods at the portrait of his father and the consequences of allowing evil to thrive.’’
  2. As if this was not bad enough the legless one [OK - Legge!] then joins in: ‘’ the Yeshivah Centre looms across the street and I almost expect security to arrest Zephaniah for refusing to shut up. But the shunning works in subtler ways. Despite the warmth of the sun, I feel a shiver up my spine.’'
Wachs has suffered horribly in his youth – no excuses extant. All of this happened well before Rabbi Telsner was appointed Dayan / Judge of Yeshivah Centre.
Wachs brother attacked Rabbi Telsner with a horrific blow to the face sending his spectacles flying and knocking him over! All the Rabbi did was greet him in the appropriate manner on a Jewish Holyday in the Synagogue. Yes Manny Sachs: you are you brother’s keeper – you should unreservedly apologise and the brother should consider himself lucky that no charges are being proferred to the police.
There is no excuse for any cover – up that was done in earlier times – but MW badly over – bakes the scone in daring making the comparison with the various Churches.
Pathetically, even the BBC, the the South Australian Government which  remains guilty of having no obligation to report abuse of children to the authorities. Links supplied – some of which relate to even the dog ate my breakfast excuse! Accused headmaster turned me into paedophile... Ma...

There are many innate errors in the Shunned article – and unless the editor allows space I cannot discuss it at all.
There will be many who know that the so – called refusal to attend a New York Rabbi is a classic distortion: have I got another 300 words? Wachs had probably 2000 words that were plainly an attempt to get greater compensation if he merely stuck to the facts!
And as for Legge: this may send a shiver up her spine and encourage her to behave professionally in future!
Editor: advise if I have another 300 words?

‘’Efforts to broker peace through internal Jewish channels got him nowhere. In March, Yeshivah's rabbinical leaders refused an invitation from a New York rabbi to moderate the dispute in a Jewish court so Zephaniah took the unprecedented step of lodging a complaint with the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission. Both parties have been summonsed to a meeting scheduled for next week.’’
‘’....On the wall of the Waks' living room hangs a photo of Zephaniah's father Leo, a dashing character in a fedora, without any of the sartorial garb favoured by contemporary orthodox men. "That guy there," he says of his father, "was an engineering student in Berlin when Hitler came to power. His degree has a swastika on it. He knew what was going on but he refused to buckle as he watched the salute rising higher and higher, and a little of his determination sits inside me. I'm not moving out of here until I want to move."
The pressure mounts. "It's very unpleasant. You can't believe this is 2013 in Australia. You can't believe it," he says. I ask, what has hurt him most? Not the sudden withdrawal of the old friend he once accompanied to study sessions. "He's always been a weakling.I'm not surprised he buckled to pressure. The thing that bothers me most about this is seeing good people doing nothing." He nods at the portrait of his father and the consequences of allowing evil to thrive.
When he walks me outside to my car, the Yeshivah Centre looms across the street and I almost expect security to arrest Zephaniah for refusing to shut up. But the shunning works in subtler ways. Despite the warmth of the sun, I feel a shiver up my spine.’’
